What destinations do you service?
We primarily service northeast Florida, and southern Georgia. However, we also offer long-distance & inter-city rides with ease. We offer luxury transportation to Orlando, Tampa, Savannah, and beyond—perfect for business, family trips, or when you’d rather ride than fly. Most destinations in Nassau County, FL are centered around Amelia Island and Fernandina Beach, however we can travel to anywhere in the area. → The Ritz‑Carlton, Amelia Island → Omni Amelia Island Resort & Spa → The Golf Club of Amelia Island → Amelia Island Williams House → Ocean Club of Amelia Island Most destinations in Duval County, FL are centered around downtown Jacksonville or the beaches, however we can travel to anywhere in the area. → Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) → Ruth's Chris Steak House → EverBank Stadium → Marsh Landing Country Club → Four Seasons Hotel & Resort Most destinations in St. Johns County, FL are in Ponte Vedra Beach or historic St. Augustine, however we can travel to anywhere in the area. → Sawgrass Marriott Golf Resort & Spa → The Plantation at Ponte Vedra Beach → Northeast Florida Regional Airport → St. Augustine Amphitheater → The Spa at Ponte Vedra Inn & Club Flagler County, FL features world-renowned golf courses, spas, and quick access to Daytona Beach, however we can travel to anywhere in the area. → Hammock Beach Golf Resort & Spa → Conservatory at Hammock Beach → Flagler Beach → Daytona Beach International Airport → Hammock Dunes Club
Can you book my ground transportation in the city I am traveling to?
Yes, we can quote and book your transportation in the city you are traveling to.
How far in advance should I book my ride?
For airport transfers, book at least 12–24 hours in advance. For weddings or events, we recommend booking at least 60-90 days in advance to secure your desired vehicle.
Can I modify or cancel my booking?
Yes, you can modify or cancel your reservation by calling our support team. Airport transfers are a 4 hour cancellation for Sedans, SUV’s, and Vans. Cancellations made outside this window are fully billable. Charters/Hourly are 72 hour for Vans and 2 weeks for all buses (this does not include the non-refundable deposit).
Do you require a deposit for bookings?
A deposit may be required for special events, large groups, or high-demand periods. Standard airport and hourly bookings generally do not require deposits. We will pre-authorize a credit card at the time of booking.
What if my flight is delayed or arrives early?
We track all arriving flights in real time. Your chauffeur automatically adjusts to your new arrival time at no additional charge. We do not track outbound flights.
What types of vehicles do you offer?
Our fleet includes executive sedans, SUVs, sprinters, mini-coaches, and luxury buses, depending on your needs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Zelle, and corporate billing accounts.
Are rates fixed or metered?
All pricing is flat-rate for airport and point-to-point rides. Hourly bookings are billed by time. Point to point doesn't have set rates unless you are a corporate customer.
Is gratuity included in the rate?
Yes, gratuity is included in our rates.
Do you provide wedding limo service?
Yes, we specialize in wedding transportation with bridal cars and guest shuttles. Custom décor and champagne service are available for any additional charge.
Can I bring food or drinks in the vehicle?
Beverages are allowed; however, messy foods and red wine may be restricted to maintain vehicle condition. We allow all foods, drinks, we just ask no glass beer bottles.
What if I left something in the vehicle?
Please contact our office immediately. Lost items are logged and returned as soon as possible. Shipping fees may apply.
What destinations do you service?
We primarily service northeast Florida, and southern Georgia. However, we also offer long-distance & inter-city rides with ease. Yes, we can quote and book your transportation in the city you are traveling to.
How far in advance should I book my ride?
For airport transfers, book at least 12–24 hours in advance. For weddings or events, we recommend booking at least 60-90 days in advance to secure your desired vehicle.
Can I modify or cancel my booking?
Yes, you can modify or cancel your reservation by calling our support team. Airport transfers are a 4 hour cancellation for Sedans, SUV’s, and Vans. Cancellations made outside this window are fully billable. Charters/Hourly are 72 hour for Vans and 2 weeks for all buses (this does not include the non-refundable deposit).
Do you require a deposit for bookings?
A deposit may be required for special events, large groups, or high-demand periods. Standard airport and hourly bookings generally do not require deposits. We will pre-authorize a credit card at the time of booking.
What if my flight is delayed or arrives early?
We track all arriving flights in real time. Your chauffeur automatically adjusts to your new arrival time at no additional charge. We do not track outbound flights.
What types of vehicles do you offer?
Our fleet includes executive sedans, SUVs, sprinters, mini-coaches, and luxury buses, depending on your needs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Zelle, and corporate billing accounts.
Are rates fixed or metered?
All pricing is flat-rate for airport and point-to-point rides. Hourly bookings are billed by time. Point to point doesn't have set rates unless you are a corporate customer.

Yes, gratuity is included in our rates.
Do you provide wedding limo service?
Yes, we specialize in wedding transportation with bridal cars and guest shuttles. Custom décor and champagne service are available for any additional charge.
Can I bring food or drinks in the vehicle?
Beverages are allowed; however, messy foods and red wine may be restricted to maintain vehicle condition. We allow all foods, drinks, we just ask no glass beer bottles.
What if I left something in the vehicle?
Please contact our office immediately. Lost items are logged and returned as soon as possible. Shipping fees may apply.
