Your driver will text upon arrival, should you not receive a text, please call dispatch at (904) 642-1662. We will have your driver's name and number the day before your trip.
We will bill your credit card on file based on the overtime used.
If Inbound:We will be tracking your flight and adjust based on the time of the flight landing. You only would need to call should you be on a new flight number or miss a connecting flight.
If Outbound (to the airport): We will not be tracking the flight, please call (904) 642-1662 to make any adjustment.
